Nodvolt Intelligence retains all intellectual property rights to its market research reports, supply chain intelligence, data, and analysis. Upon successful payment, the relevant report is licensed, not sold, under the terms of the tier purchased.

Purchasing a report does not grant the right to transfer, redistribute, republish, or otherwise disseminate the report unless expressly permitted by this Agreement.

We reserve the right to terminate a buyer license in the event of a material breach of this Agreement, including unauthorized redistribution, sharing with unlicensed users, or external publication without consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodvolt Intelligence shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, any report or service.

Reports are analytical intelligence tools, not legal, financial, investment, sourcing, or regulatory advice. Users assume responsibility for decisions made based on report content.

Reports purchased through our website are delivered digitally in PDF format, and where applicable with supporting data files, to the email address provided at purchase.

Custom reports and supply chain intelligence engagements require a scoping discussion before work begins.

Where online payment is not available or a purchase requires invoice approval, submission of a licence request is not a completed purchase until Nodvolt confirms price, licence tier, buyer details, payment method, and delivery timing in writing.

Due to the nature of digital delivery and the proprietary value of the information provided, Nodvolt Intelligence does not accept returns or issue refunds once a report has been delivered.

Buyers should review the table of contents, preview, and any pre-purchase consultation before completing a purchase.

Orders may be cancelled before digital delivery or before custom research work begins. Once access credentials, PDF files, Excel data, or custom work product have been delivered, cancellation is not available except where required by law.

Chargeback or payment disputes should be raised first with sales@nodvolt.com so we can verify delivery records, invoice status, and licence scope. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed.

The collection and use of personal data in connection with your purchase and use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By purchasing any report or service, you confirm that you have read and accepted it.

Nodvolt Intelligence reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The terms in effect on the date of purchase govern that transaction.

Nodvolt Intelligence disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of data. Reports are provided as-is and represent our best analytical judgment at the time of publication.

Market estimates, fab capacity figures, and supply chain data are inherently uncertain and should be treated as directional intelligence rather than guarantees.

By browsing our website, requesting a sample, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer.
